Diadem is one of the most respected names in signage and wayfinding. With the business’s 20-year anniversary approaching, Seesaw was engaged to undertake the strategic repositioning of the brand for the next 20 years.

Extensive staff and stakeholder engagement clarified Diadem’s key points of difference from an external client and internal cultural perspective.

The highly informed evolution of the brand’s visual language and messaging was designed to emphasise Diadem’s specialist credentials and unique integrated offering.

As Diadem’s clients range from architects to businesses and building owners, a new website was required that would allow each audience to access tailored information. This was delivered alongside a comprehensive tone of voice guide which supported the team to tell the Diadem story with confidence and consistency.

For the anniversary launch, we created an inspirational staff brand book that celebrated two decades of achievements while articulating the Diadem story for those who live its values every day.
