Echo

Echo Hawthorn is a collection of high-performance, certified passive houses designed by Neil Architecture and delivered by C Street Projects.

Seesaw was engaged to craft a property brand not only for this development but for future sustainability-driven projects by C Street.

The brand delivers a refreshingly intelligent and straightforward approach that takes the audience on a journey through the technology, science and benefits of passive housing.

Echo is about sound decisions that will reverberate for generations to come. This name was developed to reflect the brand pillars of Energy Efficiency, Carbon Neutrality and Homes of Opportunity.

Echo represents responsible choices. For us, that began by rethinking the standard property brochure as an environmentally sustainable, custom envelope to house floorplans and a fold-out poster. With minimal copywriting, QR codes were used to point the reader to a deep dive online about the benefits of passive housing, such as thermal comfort, superior air quality and minimal energy.

The launch project’s traditional hoarding was reimagined as a series of circles with detailed information panels that leads the visitor within while educating them on the project’s key features and benefits. Window panels revealed the technology and engineering behind the architecture, including a field of hay to be used within the insulation.
