Noetic Place was delivered by a team that share a deep understanding of the local landscape, the character of the neighbourhood, and the needs of its new and future residents. Every aspect of this benchmark development from architectural detail to materiality, was purpose-driven, crafted and considered. This care and attention to detail extended through to a comprehensive suite of marketing materials. A true collaboration, Seesaw worked closely with the entire project team to strategically align the customer journey with a curated experience.
Sales collateral was unlike anything typically seen in the property space. The display suite featured a custom built, interactive Agent Tools platform, allowing agents to showcase the residences to prospective purchasers. Video played an integral role, weaving together interviews with Fender Katsalidis, Eckersley Garden Architecture, 360 Property Group, developers Stephen and Lawrence Barrow-Yu, together with residents from their previous development to tell a holistic story of a project that puts people, place and purpose at the forefront.
