Unlockd
In 2016, Seesaw was engaged to craft a brand for Unlockd, a transformational Australian tech start-up founded by Matt Berriman.
Unlockd launched in six major global markets (USA, India, UK, UAE, Australia and Indonesia) and successfully closed multiple funding rounds led by prominent technology, media and finance industry investors totalling over $70 million with a one-time $200 million valuation.

Unlockd was an enterprise mobile platform that rewarded consumers when they unlocked their digital device to view targeted ads, content or offers. Developing a unique identity for this global brand saw us incorporate the universal symbol for unlocking within the word-mark. The symbol would also stand on its own as a logo mark. In both formats, the identity signalled a brand dedicated to change with a human and open quality.
As well as the brand identity, our strategic approach led to the development of brand architecture, core messaging, art direction, photography, video and animation to align with business and human resource objectives. The brand was extended across various spatial touch-points including international trade shows and signage and way-finding for the business’s offices in New York, London and the Melbourne HQ.
